The Yellow Jersey Affiliate Programme allows approved organisations to promote eligible Yellow Jersey insurance products using a unique affiliate link and/or promotional code.
Where an eligible insurance policy is purchased using your affiliate link and/or promotional code, you may earn commission at the agreed rate.
Participation in this Programme does not create any partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between the Affiliate and Yellow Jersey.

Following signature of this Agreement, Yellow Jersey will provide:
• Access to your Tapfiliate account.
• Your unique affiliate link.
• Your promotional or discount code (where applicable).
Your affiliate link and promotional code remain the property of Yellow Jersey and must not be transferred or shared without our written permission.

You may promote Yellow Jersey through:
• your website;
• newsletters;
• social media;
• printed material;
• QR codes;
• presentations;
• other agreed marketing channels.
Any promotional activity must:
• be accurate and factual;
• comply with applicable legislation and FCA requirements;
• not alter policy wording, pricing or benefits;
• not misrepresent Yellow Jersey products.
Yellow Jersey may request that promotional material is amended or removed if it does not comply.

As Yellow Jersey distributes regulated insurance products, the Affiliate must NOT:
× provide insurance advice;
× recommend Yellow Jersey as suitable for an individual's personal circumstances;
× interpret policy wording or claims cover;
× alter premiums, benefits or policy wording;
× make misleading or exaggerated statements.
Customers with questions relating to insurance cover, suitability or claims must always be referred directly to Yellow Jersey.

A Qualifying Sale is the purchase of an eligible Yellow Jersey insurance product that is successfully attributed to the Affiliate through:
• the Affiliate's unique affiliate link; and/or
• the Affiliate's unique promotional or discount code,
and which complies with the terms of this Agreement.
Sales must be successfully tracked and validated by Yellow Jersey before commission becomes payable.
Where more than one affiliate, tracking method or promotional code could apply to the same sale, Yellow Jersey's tracking records and attribution rules will determine commission entitlement. Yellow Jersey's decision shall be final.
Affiliate links and promotional codes are provided solely for use through the Affiliate's own approved marketing channels and must not be published, distributed or knowingly made available through unauthorised channels, including:
• public voucher, coupon, cashback or discount websites;
• publicly indexed webpages (including pages on the Affiliate's own website) that promote or list affiliate links or promotional codes in a manner intended to attract users via search engines or AI-powered search and discovery services
Yellow Jersey reserves the right to reject or withhold commission where it reasonably believes a sale has resulted from the unauthorised distribution of an affiliate link or promotional code.
Yellow Jersey may also remove or deactivate an affiliate link or promotional code, require the removal of unauthorised content, suspend the Affiliate's participation in the Programme or terminate this Agreement where these requirements are breached.

Your agreed commission rate is shown within this Agreement.
Commission is calculated on the insurance premium excluding Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
Commission reports will be issued before payment.
Commission may be paid quarterly or annually, as agreed between both parties.
Following receipt of the commission report, the Affiliate should submit an invoice for the agreed amount.
As commission relating to the introduction of insurance business is exempt from VAT, invoices should be issued without VAT.
Payments will be made in Pounds Sterling.

Customers purchasing insurance remain customers of Yellow Jersey.
Yellow Jersey is responsible for:
• quotations;
• underwriting;
• policy administration;
• customer service;
• renewals;
• complaints; and
• claims.

The Affiliate agrees to:
• comply with this Agreement;
• maintain accurate contact details;
• comply with all applicable laws;
• ensure promotional material remains FCA compliant.

Yellow Jersey may suspend or terminate participation immediately where the Affiliate:
• breaches this Agreement;
• breaches FCA requirements;
• publishes misleading information;
• misuses Yellow Jersey branding;
• acts fraudulently; or
• damages the reputation of Yellow Jersey.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving seven days' written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all Yellow Jersey branding, affiliate links and promotional codes.
Outstanding commission on valid Qualifying Sales completed before termination will remain payable.

Yellow Jersey may update this Agreement from time to time.
Reasonable notice will be provided where changes materially affect participation.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
